Max Card is a scheme that provides looked-after children, their carers and other family members with discounted entry to museums, galleries and other attractions across the UK.

We aim to provide a sense of community through stimulating learning experiences and enjoyable days out for all. Each card will permit two adults and two children entry to participating venues.

The scheme was originally set up by MLA Yorkshire in 2004 and was taken over by Dubit Limited, a specialist youth marketing agency, in 2008.

Max Card is funded by children’s services departments in Leeds, Calderdale, Wakefield, North Yorkshire, Rotherham, Bradford, Kirklees, York, Doncaster, Barnsley, Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and Sheffield and is specifically open to cared-for children in placements organised by these authorities.

Due to the re-launch of the website, we are extending the validation of the current cards to the end of May 2012.
